honestly tho there is no special method. just eat healthy and clean, sleep 8 hours, and workout. If you do that and have good posture, breathing habits, etc, you’ll look better.

i dont think it's possible without hardmax - that philtrum to chin ratio, that jaw frontal angle with those high set eyebrows and nose - high htn would be your limit softmaxxed with contacts.
