i’m pretty good facially but i have 2 major flaws

my 2 major flaws is my nose and chin, im guessing because my maxillas a little recessed i got a nose bump and recessed chin, it’s not too severe, my fix would be to fraud a normal maxilla by getting a rhino and chin fillers, then finally i could stop being insecure about my side profile

otherwise are there any other methods
