I'm pretty sure most of "premature" aging is due to a flat midface and lack of anterior cheekbone projection.

Title, thoughts? I've always been told that I look older than my age. I was told that I look 25 at 16. I'm now almost 21 and people say I look 28. I believe this is due to my flat midface. Flat midface creates a bunch of problems: 1. Premature nasolabial folds 2. hollow undereyes 3. loose neck skin

so how do you fix this? infraorbital implants?

I have all that shit and have always looked super young for my age.

I look younger than I am because I have extremely thick fat pads in my mid face that appear to be preventing wrinkles, especially in the under eye area.

I have a good maxilla and someone thought I was 19 the other day (I'm 22), so could be

Maxilla is life

Yes it is largely due to maxilla - but a bad nasal aperture will also contribute to nasolabial folds. Loose neck skin is probably an actual skin issue, and hollow undereyes can easily be fixed w/ fillers or a fat graft (saddle implants look shit imo - but to each their own).
