Im prob gonna be deaf in one ear

My left ear these past couple of days has been blocked
Im scared im gonna go deaf in one ear
I hope this is just a one week thing and my ear is normal in a couple of days

This happened to me once after bashing my ear in my sleep. Lasted a couple days and now it's back to normal.
