I'd start with exfoliating once a week

DAILY -->

if you have oily skin then get La Roche Posay Toleriane Purifying Foaming Cleanser, its not too expensive and it works pretty well

for non oily skin I'd recommend sulwhasoo gentle cleansing oil, its pretty expensive but its worked really well for me

to keep it simple add some moisturizer - could be from anywhere really, they all work the same

you have to make sure to stick to it.. a good diet also plays a huge role and drink lots of water
