Second of all and most importantly, this site has worsened my mental health drastically and yours probably too. Reading and posting depressive shit on offtopic has taken a toll on me so I'm probably gonna take a break soon, I'm not sure when tho.

Dont selfban .Its hard af to get back after a selfban .I needed to wait like one day which is way too much for my addicted brain.But if its the only thing keeping you away from this forum then u should still do it imo.Just be aware that its difficult to get unbanned fast
