It is not just white women but all women.
I don't know all the reasons, but I can speak to probably the 2 biggest reasons.
1. There is just a perpetual shortage of women in some jobs. Even if there were as many female STEM grads as male STEM grads, something that will never happen, a significant percentage of those STEM women will inevitably drop out of the work force within 10 years of graduating college to be a raise kids, or because they won a big sexual harassment lawsuit.
2. Men are the alleged aggressor in 99% of the lawsuits brought against companies for harassment, because of the way the legal system has become perverted, men are an enormous potential to large employers.
