I'm quitting smoking

I'm finally somewhat catching up on most of my work and I feel like I'm ready to try to quit smoking. I'm posting it as announcing goals publicly often increases your % of it becoming a reality also willing to take any advice a long the way and I think it's kind of relevant as quitting often leads to better appearance/skin. I can also take a before and after pic if anyone is interested

Not sure if it will actually make your skin look better but on the long run you will look better as a non smoker because smoking makes your skin age faster

I did actually read that, I can definitely see the difference. But there's without a doubt benefits to stopping, my biggest motivation is financial to minimize expenses further and normal breathing as I'm finally back to taking fitness seriously again
