I've often thought "It will never get better". That was my main blackpill. I was watching this video and the guy said it is a series of filters and essentially said, it will never get better. But you should tighten your shit down and keep it together. (He was speaking about lifting, but a lot of things about lifting are applicable to life, I think its the main avenue to escape the blackpill.)
