every year i get really depressed around summer, and it progressively gets worse up until october. then i hit the lowest possible point in terms of mental health and start to recover
its been like this for years
it always reminds me of all the good things i once had and took for granted
for lonely fragile men like me its a really hard period

I fucking hate summer. Mosquitos and insects everywhere, people are louder, sleepless nights because outside there are 27° grades at 3AM, more sunlight, working out feels harder than deadlifting a truck, sweating like a pork and I can go on. Wish winter and autumn were the only seasons ngl.
