brutal bro. The legs pain so much during the growth in that short of a timeframe.

Check if growth plates are closed.
If they are not, run this stack for 2-3 years:

IGF-1 LR3 (30-50 mcg/everyday) + HGH (0.03 mcg * Bodyweight/everyday) + AI (25 mg/everyday) + PTH (50 mcg/everyday) + Calcitrol (0.25 mcg/everyday).

This should give you anywhere from 1-10 inches of height increase. Taking the median as 5, let's say you're 6 foot now.
Go for limb lengthening, easily should give you 4+ inches in height (Don't go for double LL). If not possible Air Maxes with 2 inch heels should give you the same result
