Im recessed and Im getting Braces,what should i ask my dentist for the best forward growth?

Im 16 Male . I am going to get braces cause of my jutted teeth and overbite and crooked lower teeth,,So what should i keep in mind while getting braces,,should i get damon braces, expander or normal metal braces ,,and what should i not do while getting braces and prevent my dentist from doing,,should i use elastic bands? or remove teeth because of the crowding.Here are my photos which contain my palate size also :

I have an orthodontist appointment in a week and I don’t want to take his soulless opinion at face value. I’m thinking MSE or the like because of the narrow palate for sure, but tbh idk shit about this and I don’t want to fuck it up.

rpe combined with facemask and after that switch to biobloc with facemask the facemask needs to be adjustable so it pulls your maxilla forwards and upwards not donwwards like usually
