I was thinking of getting MSE as well as double jaw surgery, cos my palate is kinda narrow (35mm intermodal width), is this a shit idea?
 
average maxilla (good enough), bad mandible. Either a bsso only if possible, a genio only + jaw angle implants would do most for ur aesthetics. I wouldn't recommend mse due to asymmetry, if u want a bigger palate do segmental lefort 1 + bsso

mse is a bit risky and could fuck your face up so either bimax or bsso + genio or what the guy above me said both are viable

Mse is often assymetrical, and your lower jaw stays narrow while your maxilla widens. mewing in combination with chewing will give long term better effects, but it takes a while to see results

Problem is I can't mew effectively due to my narrow palate, and when I engage the back third, I can't breathe due to underdevelopment.

Just a reminder that fag is absolutely right. MSE can fuck up your ratios and will 100% create asymmetries. It is a functional surgery and always will be one, it is not good for aesthetics in any way.

Does thumbpulling actually work tho? Surely the suture of the palate would need to split to see expansion at older ages.
 
I don't have a source on me right now, but the suture doesnt have to split for it to expand. the suture is kind of elastic ish and you can still expand your palate over time. of course this becomes harder the older you get and the more the suture solidifies

It's normal for white people to have a somewhat flat maxilla and his is absolutely average, he looks completely normal. What are you going to tell him then? Get fucking lefort 2?
Regardless of what you shitty incels on this site say, a bimax is risky and can result in shitty results too. A genio + jaw angle implants are more than enough to ascend his ass. To minimize risks its better to only get rid of failos, and his maxilla is average, so why fix it?
Edit: If you personally think you need to fix ur maxilla too, do the following: Bimax, genio, jaw angle implants, infra-malar implants, supra implant, then let it heal, get a paranasal implant. Afterwards projection rhino. This will only cost u about 40k and you'll never do it anyway, don't listen to these fucking idiots on this site about their absolutely unrealistic opinions. Nobody ascends with 7 surgeries, fix ur failos and be happy afterwards, or be a miserable little cunt like Tai Lung.
