Going from 30% tax to 0% tax will pay for itself in just 2-3 years if ur mid six figs. In 30s I expect to be 7 figs. But EASILY by 40s without a doubt in my mind.

Theres also an Exit tax if you have a net worth over $2M.

So theres a perfect time to renounce:

JUST when you make enough to get the CBI program, but BEFORE you make enough to trigger Exit Tax.

Im getting a residence permit in Dubai when I go in 2 weeks I have to do the biometrics and get ID card. That will help me open bank accounts there.

But they also dont have CBI. They have a golden visa but thats still attached to your US passport. So you cant renounce until you get a new passport or citizenship or else you become stateless which is a horrible situation. Can't bank, can't legally be anywhere, cant travel, etc.

Carribean CBIs are the best because their passports are the strongest. Full access to EU zone 90 days visa free, and about 150 other countries. Grenada even has access to china visa free.

I might get a turkish CBI too but not as my primary one. Unlike Carribean, which is just a donation (the money is gone) Turkish is investment into real estate which you can even sell after 4 years at a profit. Turkish passport isn't good though. It could be helpful in, for example, a case where youre falsely accused in some country of something because turkey doesnt extradite their citizens. But imagine being confined to that shithole for the rest of your life

It works for reduction but today I found out that structure isn't applicable to 2026. The 50% GILTI deduction is changing to 35% deduction. And in future years, will probably be reduced even more. The whole scheme depends on the GILTI deduction which they are taking away of course.
