i ate fast food and felt sick today


i think this will also improve my skin


i have an ache from eating bad food earlier today still...


just shows now that i can afford to always get fast food now i know the detremental impact of it
 
Fructose sugar in fruits is just as bad for you. Get some vitamin tablets instead and change your diet to low gi carbs like oat biscuits to snack on

Surely fruit it less bad than cheezits and the sugar is negligible in comparison
 
Of course, fresh fruit are healthier than chips, but both contain carbohydrates (which aren't necessarily unhealthy either)

you're better off just cutting out as much carbs as possible. After a week or two you'll stop craving them

Fruit is strangely cheap, healthy and will give a better water balance than chips

You're very wrong tbh. Fructose is a dangerous amount of sugar. In fact: anything over 5g of sugar in one sitting (i.e. one teaspoon) causes your blood sugar levels to go above diabetic ranges. You keep doing this day in day out in life 5 times a day your body begins to build up non-alcoholic fatty liver type conditions. It leads to diabetes. One apple a day (pref granny smith which is less sweet) is ok but eating 5-6 bananas/oranges will bloat you up and fuck your health up.

Imagine this: it takes 1 teaspoon of sugar to fuck your blood sugar levels up for 30 mins. Think about it. You keep eating this throughout the day it's throwing your bloods off balance eventually your body begins to expect sugar in it and voila- you're fucked.

Fruit is overrated: vegetables are far better for you - or low sugar fruits. I like stuff like crunchy salads (radishes, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers especially) instead of fruit and instead of crisps/chips I get oat biscuits which you get used to and fill you up way more plus they're low GI which means they'll satisfy you longer and don't addict your body to sugars.
