Nah my upbringing was good. The drug addiction was on me I meddled and was reckless with them the same as I was with steroids (thinking oh theirs no way id get addicted)

Im succesful and happy with my life. Also get happier the older I get

Dont wageslave forever then lol. Actually save money get some qualifications/contacts and work your way to a gd job.

Tbh you are fkd if you dont fix your negative mindset so work on fixing that. Improve your sleep pattern, exercise more and eat better. If you're okay going the drug route testosterone and ssri mix is basically resilience/optimism in drug form (once you get over the adjustment period with ssri drugs).
