my parents just say the classic, "wow, go talk to your psy"

but my psy is a fucking retard too, keeps telling me, "wow, this is not good"

Yeah theyre useless bru, i did therapy for yrs it didnt do shit.
Reading into psychoanalysis helped me far more than any of that shit ever did

actually did this morning but it didn't help for long
i'd have to be stimulated 24/7
