my parents just say the classic, "wow, go talk to your psy"

but my psy is a fucking retard too, keeps telling me, "wow, this is not good"

Yeah theyre useless bru, i did therapy for yrs it didnt do shit.
Reading into psychoanalysis helped me far more than any of that shit ever did
