I’m scared about my height in the Future

Hi, I'm 15 years old (I turned 15 a month ago). I'm 172 cm (5'8") tall and I have a lot of questions about my future height. I wanted some help making approximations and advice on how to grow taller. Here's my growth history: I'm Nicaraguan, my dad is 177 cm and my mom is 164 cm, and I've grown 2 cm in the last 3 months. I go to the gym, in case you notice my BMI is very high.I live in Sweden and my wing span is 179-178 shoe size 42,5 I’m started getting light hair and my neck (My dad is very hairy) and my hand is smaller than my dads and my Radius is not the same size but then i got only light cross on my body idk why my dad says he gave me genetic androgen sensivity cuz i gained to much muscles only in 4 months we i started gym

• 2019: 131.3 → 134.6 (+3.3 cm)
• 2021 → 2022: 147.4 → 154 (+6.6 cm)
• 2022 → 2024: 154 → 166.2 (+12.2 cm) ←
• 2024: 166.2 → 167.2 (+1 cm)
• 2024 → 2025: 167.2 → 170 (+2.8 cm)
• 2025 → 2026: 170 → 172 (+2 cm)

i come from a land that nutrition is not well optimized and its was more bad when the time my parents were kids i came to Sweden when i was 6. Aproximations about my future height here from summer and my adult height pls

Difficult to speculate without knowing bone age, growth plates status, etc. However I would estimate your final height to be between 172 and 180cm.

at 15 i was like 5'9 around 175 cm. now im 6'0, height fluctuates differently person to person tho.

At 15, I was 169 cm tall. Now I'm 18 and 191 cm tall. Your maximum height is probably 180 cm.

i have a 182 wing span now but same height my legs are 95 cm but my torso is only 78cm counting head and neck so torso is 50-53 cm idk whats happening my hands are 20 cm and i got up in weight super fast now
