im scared i ate over my calorie maintence

but if my fitbit is correct i did over 10000 steps so I should've burnt 2700 ish calories so I SHOULD be good... anyone ever get this anxiety
 
just eat nothing tomorrow its not hard

if you control your own diet (i.e. your parents dont make you eat food) then leanmaxxing is so easy

10k steps is never 2700 kalories, not even if you sprinted them

yea today ive eaten a soup, asia noodles with chicken and some vegetables with yogurt and did 17000 steps so idk if I am on a calorie surplus
