the thing is i dont know how to control my fear, sometimes. im scared of the unknown. what really happens after death? all i know is being alive

can u control it? can u do something to not die? why worry? see it like a test in school; if u study and know everything, will u be scared of the test? obv not. so if u do everytthing u wanna do in life, should you be scared of death? no.

Every person is scared to die at least a bit because of the self preservation instinct. I'm not really scared to die even though subconsciously I probably am. I am not scared because my life is horrible and shit and death ss better than life. I see death is just emptiness and there is nothing after it because we do not have a soul.
