im genuinely too scared to look in the mirror like at all. even catching a glimpse of my reflection can ruin my whole day so i avoid reflective objects. the only way i can tell ive debloated/gained bonemass is to feel my face. the longest i go without seeing my reflection is like 2 weeks. its not the end of the world but i hate feeling like that when i look at myself.
