23g u can use a cup warmer to heat up the oil then use 31g but I’d only do that if your pinning eod or use hot water then put the vial in it

Yeah i backload like 12 insulin syringes every 2 weeks now and daily pin. Got a huge amount of scar tissue in my delts from the 23gs tho so they are out of action forever for pinning.
