Im 6'3 and around 190-200 lbs but despite this im too pussy to fight anyone even a great deal smaller than me.
For years I have had dreams where I repeatedly punch someone as hard as I can and when it lands it does nothing.
Whenever I even think about fighting someone that image pops into my head.
What should I try to do to fix this?
