im Scared to go to the gym.

I'm 15 and have 0 friends irl so they can't show me around and I'm wanting to start to go to the gym also but idk what im doing or any exercises do tbh so i just cope and ldar all day

It’s normal first couple times will be hard, but you do get a hand of it start some basic split and go to the machines and watch the correct form on tt, gets easier after you put on some muscle
