I’m seeing things

I think I’m hallucinating idk what’s happening but there’s a lot of visuals that I can’t even identify nearly blocking the entire vision of my right eye, it’s like I can but can’t see them at the same time
I did an all nighter but this is not my first time and I’ve never been through this before
Does anyone know what this is?
