Let's create the ultimate surveillance system, bill the taxpayers for it.

Place a secured 360 camera on every block in this nation. If Americans don't like it, they can leave this country and never return. Then implement detection software within this system to detect "assholes," hidden guns, violent behavior, etc. Also, create new stricter laws on violence. Fighting, cursing each other out, instigators, etc...arrest them.

Then add more prison space. Instead of more jails, we raise our current prisons, like skyscrapers. Designate a few holding prisons for inmates during construction of the towers. Create stricter laws on stalking and harassing. Also, more satellite cameras as well. And if people don't like it, they can leave this country; we don't want you here anymore.

Finally, legalize all drugs. Then hire the illegal drug makers to make it for us. Then, control the drugs like they do with the methadone clinics.

Also, create a new federal department that oversees local law enforcement. Not like that internal affairs, that program failed years ago. But a federal one. Raise the conduct standards with officers, lower their pay, and give them to the new federal enforcement. Then, if they don't like it, they can work in a shopping mall. Do you want good pay? Earn it.

I know. I'm going over notes I created from 2010 to 2019. Ugh. I had no idea. One of the notes is depopulating and getting rid of the troublemakers.

My idea was to manipulate the common cold bug and enforce a vaccination but it won't be for that new bug. It'll be for a virus that will be released later on. So the trouble makers that refuse the vax against the common cold, will all die when the real one is released. Thus getting rid of the assholes.
