raw meat has nearly every nutrition in it and blood has every single nutrition there is in it. every single animal on the planet eats raw meat. and so called herbivores will eat raw meat when given the opportunity. the only reason cows are able to digest the nutrients from plants is due to a process called microbial fermentation which is something humans aren't capable of doing which is why when people turn vegan they get lots of stomach issues and start to age quicker and become malnourished.

if you can digest raw meat then you can digest cooked meat, so why and how would humans magically evolve into being unable to digest raw meat just because they started eating cooked meat and how would that even be physically possible. evolution can only occur through selective breeding and genetic mutations. and genetic mutations only occur from radioactive/toxic chemicals or inbreeding. none of those things would make humans magically unable to eat a less nutritous version of a food that every single other animal on the planet is able to eat.

ive always wondered why other animals are naturally their best looking and why humans would have to go to the gym in order to obtain a low bodyfat surely that should just be the norm for everyone. and thats because animals eat their natural diet and humans don't. look at how this guy from an untouched tribe in low bodyfat yet muscular.

technically yes all eating disorders can be cured from eating raw meat and blood. if your eating disorder is caused by lack of nutrition (always feeling hungry) then raw meat and blood will help with that. if your eating disorder is always feeling full then thats because of too much starch n other tings like dat which wouldnt happen if u ate ur natural diet. if ur bloated thats from sugar. if ur teeth are rotten thats from sugar. animals don't need to use toxic chemicals in order to keep their teeth clean - neither should humans. if ur disorder comes from mental illness then u would be less likely to be mentally ill if u ate your natural diet.

Raw meat doesn’t cause food poisoning. Contamination on/in the meat does.
