no, if u take it over 2 years with low dosing it might but taking it about 6 months wont do anything other then clearing up ur acne and also it wont really change the bones in ur face. It might grow ur spine bones or smth like that so u might get like back pain but thats it. Also its pretty rare and only really happens if u take it for a really long time
