Take hgh, eat a lot of meat and dairy and sleep well. Take vitamin D supplements and play a sport outside for atleast a few hours a day, Grew up to 3 inches in a few months

Face is still more important but 95% of foids dont date men shorter than them + noone takes you serious as manlet so over since heightmaxxing basically doesnt work

15, it definitely is over for you for height if you are 19 maybe if you were 16-17 you could still grow but i doubt it
