I AM SO FUCKING DONE WITH THE COLLEGE CONVERSATION.
Every single day. Every. Single. Goddamn. Day. Someone - parents, uncles, random cashiers, that one cousin who peaked in high school, your dentist, literal strangers on the internet - the compulsive need to ask:
"So… what are you studying?"
"Have you picked a major yet?"
"Are you applying to Ivies or just… safety schools?"
"What’s your backup plan if you don't get in?"
"You know engineering pays really well, right?"
"But what are you actually going to DO with a degree in [insert literally anything that isn't computer science or finance]?"
I'M TIRED. IM EXHAUSTED. MY SOUL IS ON E. I HAVE HEARD THE WORD "COLLEGE" MORE TIMES THAN I HAVE BREATHED OXYGEN IN THE LAST THREE YEARS.
