I myself don't find girls worth unless very attractive and naturally the hot ones are very flaky online. MTB is possible but its pointless, so brutal for those with standards.

One has to be in a location with a huge abundance of attractive women as their what would be MTB their is attractive to most men. In russia for example the average foid is like a 7-8 in usa which is definitely attractive enough to bang and feel good mentally afterwards.
