I’m willing to take any steroids and follow any advice please help me I wanna ascend hard and fast.
That’s my physique as of now I’m 185cm I’ll train hard and spend as much on roids training supplements anything. Enlighten me
 
was in skinny fat hell. just walked 12.5k steps a day while going Jim with lots of protein. pretty water stuff but roids help ig.
 
What’s the best cycle and doses? I’m even willing to take 2g of tren if it’s worth it.
Dont roid until you know what you are doing. Dont be like everyone else on these forums, for example I know a lot abt roiding etc but never taken anything except lgd (got rad coming up next). Usually when you are skinnyfat you have to decide wether to bulk or to cut. When you are between cutting or bulking always do the cut first. Id recommend to cut down fat until 10-12% bf and then start a leanbulk. Will make you look better longterm and when you are at 10-12% bf once and keep leanbulking you maybe have to do a minicut every 4-6 months instead of bulking for a year and then cutting for half a year

How long would that take? The problem is I think I’m insulin resistant and my muscle growth is way slower hence I want the steroids. What’s your opinion?

Instead of roiding id suggest fixing the insulin resistance first. Also you say you think you are but from what are you making that claim?

That I’ve been training for 8 months without progress regarding muscle forget the fat because I’ve been doing a lean bulk all this time. And I grew up eating candy shit and living in my house. Things have changed now I’m really active social and believe it or not my game has gone up a lot I am really good with women I walk a lot I work a lot I train but training wise it’s shit.
 
10 week cycle

test E 300-500 mg/week
inject 2x/week (with a few days in between)

tren A 300 mg/week
inject 3x/week (every other day without weekend for example)

anavar 40-50 mg/day (Weeks 1–6)
take daily, split dose AM + PM

arimidex 0.5 mg EOD (every other day)
prevents estrogen-related sides (gyno, bloating)

cabergoline 0.25 mg 2x/week (optional)
used only if prolactin sides from tren show up (e.g. low libido, gyno)

liver support: TUDCA or NAC daily

PCT (Start 3–4 days after last tren A & 2 weeks after last test E shot)
to avoid crash

nolvadex 40/40/20/20 mg/day
4 weeks total

expected results (with proper training, diet, and rest):
- +5 to +8 kg lean muscle
- –4 to –6 kg fat loss
- more vascular, shredded
- strength gains

be in a slight deficit so you can cut fat (200 calories under maintenance). you will still build muscle. focus on eating whole foods drinking a lot of water.
 
get a blood test before that and send results to see if anything on the cycle should be adjusted
