I’m willing to take any steroids and follow any advice please help me I wanna ascend hard and fast.
That’s my physique as of now I’m 185cm I’ll train hard and spend as much on roids training supplements anything. Enlighten me

was in skinny fat hell. just walked 12.5k steps a day while going Jim with lots of protein. pretty water stuff but roids help ig.

Dont roid until you know what you are doing. Dont be like everyone else on these forums, for example I know a lot abt roiding etc but never taken anything except lgd (got rad coming up next). Usually when you are skinnyfat you have to decide wether to bulk or to cut. When you are between cutting or bulking always do the cut first. Id recommend to cut down fat until 10-12% bf and then start a leanbulk. Will make you look better longterm and when you are at 10-12% bf once and keep leanbulking you maybe have to do a minicut every 4-6 months instead of bulking for a year and then cutting for half a year

How long would that take? The problem is I think I’m insulin resistant and my muscle growth is way slower hence I want the steroids. What’s your opinion?

Instead of roiding id suggest fixing the insulin resistance first. Also you say you think you are but from what are you making that claim?

That I’ve been training for 8 months without progress regarding muscle forget the fat because I’ve been doing a lean bulk all this time. And I grew up eating candy shit and living in my house. Things have changed now I’m really active social and believe it or not my game has gone up a lot I am really good with women I walk a lot I work a lot I train but training wise it’s shit.

be in a slight deficit so you can cut fat (200 calories under maintenance). you will still build muscle. focus on eating whole foods drinking a lot of water.
 
get a blood test before that and send results to see if anything on the cycle should be adjusted

I've been thinking of doing a cycle of 250 test and mk during pct you think it would ascend me, for lean bulk btw

depends on how old you are. keep in mind your test levels could/would be lower after the cycle and for that low of a dose it might not be worth it. just try mk and other things that won’t mess with your test so you wont have to inject it for the rest of your life. need more info/pics to give you proper information

I'm 19 and could do Ostarine. I used to be 115 kg and lost the fat but was stuck with loose skin. I grew like 20 cm, so now it's minimal, but I need some extra muscle to fill it out. I've been going to the gym for like 2.5 years and benched 102,5kg at 75 kg 77kg rn and 180cm not too long ago, but now I'm on a cut of 20-17% BF. I bulked too hard. Lowkey, I just want to test the waters with my first cycle. From what I have read, my test should go back to normal on Nova or Clomid 4 weeks at 40, 40, 20, 20 mg right? I don't care what it takes i just want to ascend body and face

sounds like you’ve come a long way already.
personally, at 19, i wouldn’t recommend jumping into test yet, even at 250. your natural levels are probably still high, and once you shut them down, it’s never guaranteed they bounce back 100%. the risk-to-reward ratio just isn’t worth it unless you’re deep into lifting and know you’re ready to stay on or manage cycles properly long-term. it’s a big commitment, and you don’t wanna mess with your HPTA too early.

if you’re trying to ascend your physique and tighten up the loose skin while staying lean, i’d honestly run mk-677 + ostarine (mk-2866) or even yk-11 if you’re a bit more advanced. mk-677 will help with skin elasticity, recovery, sleep, and hunger (can help fill out that skin), while osta will give you some nice lean gains with minimal suppression, especially at like 10–20mg/day for 6–8 weeks. pct with nolva or clomid after that should be simple if you even need one.

dial in your diet (slight surplus or maintenance), train hard with intensity, and if you’re really cut down to 17% from 20%, maybe just stay there for a bit and recomposition. slow, lean gains will fill you out better than a dirty bulk or an early test cycle.

you’re clearly motivated, and that mindset alone will take you far. just play it smart so you don’t have to fight problems down the line. ascend wisely

thanks for the advice I'm going to do bloodwork soon to see what my test is because I have no idea, but if it's in the normal range, like 600-700, 250 tests should double it or more, and that is crazy good for gains, no?

yeah fair enough, at that dose recovery should be chill, especially if your baseline levels are solid. just don’t skip the bloodwork after—it’ll tell you way more than guessing ever could.

keep everything consistent, track how you feel, and yeah def update in a few months—curious to see how it plays out.
