I know that I do have the IQ and access to many careers, but when I feel very depressed I just think about being a NEET forever and roping

real as fuck bro. i got an exceptionally high score in high school and got into the best university in my country, but fucked up the first two years, and my GPA is absolutely horsehit. I'm delaying grad and making bullshit excuses whenever family friends ask.
