Unless you're pushing a whole cc of oil, you probably could use a smaller needle, like a 29G.
Pushing a whole cc of oil takes about 1-2 minutes with a 31G.
Much less pain and will avoid scarring of the fascia.

I'm assuming you're using the same needle to push and pull.
Get some higher gauge needles, like 28G 0.5". It'll hardly hurt.
Lay off the steroids until you know what you're doing please.

i used a 21 g to pull it up also the only reason im using this big of a needle is because the pharmacy in my small town only has this and my needle is 2ml also

What length needle do you use? With your 31G

If you do 3/8” length (which I personally do for chest, triceps, etc.) I know a brand of insulin syringes which pushes 0,5 cc of oil in like 5 seconds max at 30G.

its scary cus im using a 23g needle and i almost threw up from the pain i got when i trieed pinning my delts.I literally got the needle in and then started feeling this weird ass sensation so i pulled itt out
