I cannot see a single rectus abdominus cut, it's certainly true you are not "fat," as in overweight, but leanness in the face comes the best for most guys at 8-10% bodyfat (gets violent looking sub-7 when your orbital fat pad resigns) and you are not there

You are lucky you see any angularity in your face at all, I'd guess 16-18% bodyfat given that's unflexed

It'd be safe to take perhaps 2-3 days off of them (before injections so your kidneys fully clear), you are using a thiazide and potassium sparing diuretic combinatorially which do clear kind of slow (compared to something like furosemide), but for the most part especially given you are a young person I'd say after 2 you'll be alright

And of course afterwards given the swelling is to occur you'd want to refrain from using them again whilst your body relocates the waste products of obliterated adipocytes to your kidneys and liver
