I'm so demoralised and fed up with how human beings are towards eachother. Suicide or Isolationism soon.

Since starting this job I've began to fully understand how evil people generally are towards eachother.

I saw it happening in college but I thought it was just the environment causing the abusive behaviour but nah, it's in every environment. Just nasty cunts to one another all the time.

I get my boss telling me all the gossip from the people at my work how they are useless and stupid etc then shes all nice to them, then I hear shit being said about me and my manager lets me in on it. It's so disgusting, everyone is an evil cunt.

Why would I want to hang around animals acting like this? Seriously thinking of quitting my job, taking all my savings and using it to buy a small cabin in the Highlands and disappearing within the next couple of weeks. I can't handle it anymore, people are so fucking evil and I'm done with their bullshit.

Work politics. My mum was telling me about this theh smile in your face bht want knife in your back. The British are the ultimate masters of passive aggression I think they invented the art form of smiling whislt they lash out with a knife in your neck. The higher your portion in any company the more back stabbing and conniving takes place. The workplace Unironically rewards the evil and ruthless and punished the kind, is it a suprise why the most successful companies are unethical ? The lower you are on the totem pole the less politicking you have to do due to you being viewed as insignificant low class scum/trash.

Don’t get me wrong it’s fuck up everywhere but the UK is prob the worst nation for this type of shit.

She's trying to manipulate you, it's a "divide and conquer" tactic, I've seen it before in bosses, teachers, educators, cult leaders, popular people, etc. - they gossip, spread false rumors, try to split a social circle, class or work group into various smaller sub-groups that don't trust each other and compete, so they can have more control over them.
