In lest than 6 months time i will be getting a double jaw surgery (lefort 1 + bsso) after that i will be getting a septoplasty nad to be frank i cannot stand a single thing about my side profile, im asking as a sub-5 ND jestermaxxer if there is anything else i can do to improve psl

Bro the rest of ur face actually looks really good you JUST need to fix your recessed maxilla it RUINS everything.

THATS all you need to fix and you will see significant improvements in not just dating but life, get you a pallet expander or some shit, but I promise you that's the best thing you can do

you actually have a wide jaw, big skull, but the maxilla ruins everything, I think you got deformed, it doesn't look like a genetic flaw it looks uncanny
