I tried to do 16 reps of lat pulldowns (as I always do) and I failed. I couldn't breathe. I've gotten so fat it's hard to breathe. I've gone from 93kg to 94.9 in the past 1-2 weeks. I need to make a change bros otherwise it's really over. Im almost at the point where id get bullied for being fat. And I don't want to reach that point. Gonna take this diet thing seriously.
