why do i feel like shit all the fucking time, no matter what, it always comes back harder then before, i hang out with the few friends i have and after i leave they just make me feel more shittier, the gym is the only thing saving me, why am i in hell, no girl can fill this void inside me i’ve tried over and over again it just extends it even further, genuinely what do i do??? do i start using opioids or does it ever get better?

Watch Leo and Longevity’s series on the serotonin system and hop on an ssri. Saves my life. Ideally you want to be on testosterone too with an ssri. Do a ton of research on this.
