Ur energy levels are not insane its u nuking test and bombing with cortisol ur alert and malnutritioned aswell definitely not smart ur metabolic rate is slowing down aswell

Boxing is not weightlifting and if we use weights it’s for endurance only

That’s only if I’m cutting and have a fight lined up right now I just eat home cooked with no oils

So what do you eat in the 4 hr window
Chicken breast with rice potato, for snacks I’ll have fruits and fat free yogurt and coconut water to replenish my lost sodium from sweating so I don’t cramp up. No lollies no chocolate no juices no milk no cereals no processed junk, or sometimes I’ll buy salmon and get my mum too cook it
