I ate slop, but all the slop I ate contained diary and milk


I would eat cereal litrally every morning of my childhood with milk


I would munch down fuck Ton of yogurt and milkshakes

Probably explains my height tbh

I also played lots of sport. Better than being some shitskin eating rice and curry all day

Well developpement is genetic aswell , since the way u react to ur environement is genetic , the way u develop is genetic and final output is alr determined , even a decent diet and environement is enough to be fully developped
