I wake up starving so I eat a big bowl of raw meat with raw milk raw egg yolks bananas honey and end up saying whatever I'll start to leanmaxx tomorrow and keep eating all day rinse and repeat I cant break the cycle

its ever since I quit using meth quit cigarettes quit all stimulants my appetite has been insane maybe my body need to recover from the abuse

I’m the opposite, I wake up with no appetite at all, I think it’s from my sleep disordered breathing tbh, first 4 hours i’m up I’m fine if I don’t eat anything
