Do u do any sports? It is a goycattle activity but some of my best friends came from that constant exposure and hardship even tho I have nothing in common with them. It is a great cope if ur life sucks as well got me thru rly bad times when I was formerly subhuman

Hobbies are a grade A cope I would honestly strongly recommend. Mine was video games for a time I went pro or collegiate in Fortnite and valorant for a time. Getting rly into something is just a great distraction from life
