I’m so alone i don’t think ive had a conversation with someone (outside of parents and siblings who i live with) in over a year? How do i change that i’m so fucking alone it’s insane sometimes i goo it by myself but i always end up feeling worse and more lonelier i don’t know how to fix this genuinely i don’t know where i can even go to even meet people it feels like everyone already has there own friends and don’t need anyone else.

start learning a sport like tennis or start hiking and then you can easily make friends while doing so

Go volunteer at different places and meet new people through that avenue. Sounds gay but I promise it will pan out.
