I've been struggling to create my hardmaxxing plan, and each day I'm learning something knew, disregarding something I once knew and taking in so much information and I don't know what's good what's bad I could really use direction. Any help would be appreciated

For context: I have good funding, I can travel + have time and I want to get the most out of my youth (20). CBCT scans on the way (slow asf with surgeon)

for softmax you already know, acne, dieting, etc. Maybe some rf microneedling if needed or lasers.

For hardmax I would start from eye area, it's law. You can measure your eye aspect ratio, i presume it's lower than 2.5x, (ideally 2.95x+). So you're ideal candidate for elevating your lower lid. There are two ways: either lower eyelid retraction repair + fat grafting for volume if you want or just implants, choose whatever you prefer more. You have good eyebrows and they low set, that's good. You will with this move also a lil bit increase your canthal tilt (indirectly).

Second on the list i would try to look up for rhinoplasty. Measure your mouth width to nose ratio, also with inter pupillaries and inter canthals. I'm pretty sure that they aren't ideal, also you have bulbous tip. That's the second thing, you've average case, so it shouldn't be hard to find proper one without overpaying.

And concurrently fix your skin, it hugely nerfs you, maybe the biggest one. And get leaner, always fits better, could improve nasolabialds folds. Then just recap everything and remeasure after this procedures. need to measure your fwhr and total height to width ratio. I'm not sure really, but maybe some implants in there, but they are much later. What you think?

and ofc if any bite issues, fix it, but purely for aesthetic reason i don't see it's as asap first go

yeah you're defintely right i'm looking into a canthoplasty for sure, and I want a really good result I just have no idea what and how to ask for a proper one. I've seen some good transformations but I have no idea how to direct a surgeon to that result. Mouth to nose is pretty bad, exagerated here I think cause I'm doing some weird shi with my mouth and my nose is god awful in how it looks so I'm changing that too. Started accutane recently + cutting another kew kg to get to 10%bf, it's really hard to assess my face for bone structure even though im 15%bf, so interms of like fatgrafting to my periorbitals im lost there too
