Im so lost

Hi guys, I got a problem which is eyebags (not too big but it makes my eye area ugly) went to the doctor he said i got bad undereye support so I need surgery so I was about to do Lower bleph but he said If i did lower bleph my eyes would end up being hollow. I did a lot of research and people say fat grafting is better but only up to 60% of the fat stays and if you are unlucky the results will be gone so you basically lost your money. What should I do? im genuinely so lost

usually people lose around 30%: solution = deliberately overfill by 20-30% so that your baseline will be the full result.
