But jokes apart youre probably having nocturnal panic attacks

Whrn you feel like everything around you is scary and something related to ghosts is about to happen and your heart rate increases and shit

To calm down dont sleep a whole night then sleep at 8-9 pm the next day, that gets rid of the "late" feeling.

When i was like 12 i would still be super scared of going to bed in the dark and obviously being 12 i didn’t want to so what i would do is i would completely let go of my body and just accept death if it comes to me and focus on closing my eyes letting fate do the work and it worked here and there but sometimes it scared me even more lmao
