today I've got a complement from a foid somehow that she liked my acne studios sweater and instead of saying something casual like thanks my retarded ass started stuttering

exposure therapy is key i try and force myself to talk to people sometimes but I'm genuenly ass at this especially when I'm totally clean without any stuff that'll lower my inhib, the problem with me is that at times I'll socialize talk normally be open etc and then I'll drift into complete isolation I can't pull myself out of, it's so wierd but my actions and behaviors are so swingy it's almost as if two completely different people are sitting in me fighting each other

Yh I used to stutter when I’d speak but I started to talk slower and literally think in my head to calm down it works wonders for me
